• Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.

  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, makeup, and baby care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Pierced jewellery (such as earrings) is non-returnable.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for returns.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with clear photos or an unboxing video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

• How to Initiate a Return:

  • To start a return, please contact our customer support team via phone or by visiting our store. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment or sent via mobile banking within a specific number of days. (Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable).
